Our tester found the auto-lock a little confusing, and since the handlebar doesn't lock in the position you push it into to the side, it struck her leg when she tried to use it. She also thought the handlebar was on the short side. This is especially the case when a large change bag hangs from it.

This double stroller is not as light as other buggies. It's got a broad range of features, and is one the most versatile double strollers on the market. The four wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements and urban terrain however, they're not designed for off-roading. They struggled with long grass and gravel and there's a lack of clearance between the wheel and bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. That being said our testers still enjoyed using this buggy and it did get up to some pretty hilly terrains.

They also appreciated that the hoods could be moved forward and back and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or for wind protection. Our testers did discover, however, that they did not provide the same amount of coverage compared to similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods and it's worth packing a rain cover in case of need.

Overall, our testers were impressed with the way the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to rushing to the park for a quick playdate. The testers were also awed with how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There is plenty of room for toddlers who are growing. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability to use a car seats on this buggy were both noted as a problem by our test participants. They would also have liked to see a larger storage area to store shopping items and other accessories.
